Last Monthly meeting, Tuesday, November 19, 2024
via Zoom, 6:30 - 8:00 pm
This meeting featured an update on sustainability efforts at the University of Virginia by Dana Schroeder of the UVA Office of Sustainability.
As usual, representatives of affiliated organizations will report on their recent activities and current climate action issues. Something different—we will encourage group representatives to share their thoughts on how recent election results will lead to shifts in tactics or other aspects of their organizations’ programs.
Cville100 Climate Alliance, launched in June 2018, is a coalition of nonprofit organizations with a climate mission dedicated to facilitating local climate change action in Charlottesville and Albemarle County.
