Meeting notes
This meeting features a presentation by Bruce Gatling-Austin, the Educational Coordinator of the Botanical Garden of the Piedmont (video recording). Also, Christine Putnam, Cville100 Board Member, will share information on recent developments in the update of the Albemarle County comprehensive plan.
As usual, representatives of affiliated organizations will report on their recent activities and current climate action issues. Something different—we will encourage group representatives to share their thoughts on how recent election results will lead to shifts in tactics or other aspects of their organizations’ programs.
Cville100 Climate Alliance, launched in June 2018, is a coalition of nonprofit organizations with a climate mission dedicated to facilitating local climate change action in Charlottesville and Albemarle County.
